PCI Bridge Driver

Two things:

Can someone backup the WIN98Micro to a non-DOC image file (a zip of the whole disk or something similar). For some reason my WebPlayer (purchased off ebay), only came with a 16 meg DOC, and I would like to use Famewolf's setup on a small HD I have. I've already got an WIN98 install on it, but would like to compare it to his.

Second I found this page, http://www.plemel.com/virgin/ , has the PCI Bridge Drivers in a Zip file named 3000w95.zip which expands to: Cyrix MediaGX Win9x Drivers 3.83.exe

Has anyone had success with this driver set? Any recommendations?

Dude, they're all 16MB DOC's!
You have to doublespace it (win compression software) for it to fit the Famewolf image. Follow the directions and you will understand...

I don't have my webplayer yet, but I'm pretty sure they came with 48 MB DOC's

From what I understand, the unit I have is a demo model sent out to developers a little before Virgin released theirs. I got mine from a company that makes tech products for senior communitites. http://www.eldervision.net . The Virgins (ha!) have uncompressed 48 meg DOCs. I tried compressing my 16 megger and could only go to about 26. I did get the PCI Bridge drivers working, with the file mentioned above. So any chance of some nice person posting a zip? My email won't accept a file that large, but if you email me a link, you don't have to make the file public. Pretty please :)

Is your demo unit any different inside. Any of the missing connectors present? M_Firmature has an early unit that has some of the connectors in place. I'd love to see a pic, or get some info about the differences.

It doesn't appear to have any other differences from the descriptions I've read about here and at the co-op message board. The logo's aren't there on the unit (Virgin's red V)., but the startup screen (Preparing for the internet...) was. Go figure. No VGA, no CF, etc. I'd like to know what IOgenie meant when he said they all come with 16 meg chips. I'll take pictures soon (soon=within 2 weeks) and whip up a site to post them on. Right now I'm busy putting together all my christmas gifts for people and it's taking up most of my time. But I got a week's vacation after Christmas, so I'll have time to do it then.
