I've got it!
No big news though.
As the VGA connector beside is meant to have the video signals filtered and buffered,
the CN20 connectors feeds the video signals (R-G-B, DDC-clk, DDC-data, V-sync, H-sync)
straight out the video circuits from the geode companion chip.
