Moving modem/extension cable

Anyone have any idea where I could get parts to make an extension cable thing so that I could move the modem? In it's normal position, it's interfering with my HD and CD, I'd like to stick it off under the MD somewhere. So I'd need the 16-pin .1" connectors and cable. I could probably hack apart an IDE cable for one end, but the other, where can I find the pins?

Oops I was a bit fast on that one.
Please notice that the pinheader connectors on the wp board are with 2mm pitch and not the usual 2.54mm (0.1") !!
Digikey has differents brands and sorts of 2mm connectors, headers and 1mm cables.
