The high speed access petition is finally up. The page isn't pretty and it's only 80% done, but the petition sign in pages work and the FAQ is up. The URL is

The "I don't have a web player" part of the petition hadn't been working. I didn't know until now, but I just fixed it. Anyone who would like to sign the petition and does not have a Web Player please try again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
