The site indicates the drivers support win 2000 and has a section for NT 4 as well. I have not tested these. You will not be able to create a doc image of win 2000 because it's much to large to fit however you should be able to run it from a hard drive...it MIGHT help with the usb instability issues. Win 2000 WILL run slow on a webplayer.

I think I'll try to load WinXP this weekend. I'll amke an image of my current hard drive first but I did the pre upgrade test last night and it didn't disallow an upgrade. Upgrading the memory might be in order.

Ok. I got WinXp to load after about 5 hours and a few reboots. The drivers mentioned here will not load. My 3com usb network adapter was not recognized and the generic kawasaki chipset driver would not load. The thing ran slower than molasses in January. I went back to WinMe and then wound up having to reinstall from scratch.
