Diamond Phoneline USB works

I purchased one of these for less than $20. I have installed it on a webplayer running Winme (with a a hrad drive) and on a webplayer using just the win98IE doc image. It works great both places. I have WinXP Pro on my main system and I use the built in network bridge to connect the phoneline network to the rest of the computers. The Diamond homefree USB (I have the 1 MB version) works flawlessly and draws it's power from the webplayer's usb port. So if you are looking for a cheap network solution try one of these. The PCI version can be found for less than $10 on the net too.

Thanks for the info... Phoneline networks are also called HomePNA. you can buy those adapters for $10.00 (1mb) or $20(10mb) on eBay.
