Although Virginconnect is shutting down, and they are requesting that we return the units, we can officially keep them if we want to do so. Read the Frequently Asked Questions file at this URL:

Notice that it says specifically that users are no longer bound by the terms of service and will not incur any charge if they fail to return their units.

Aren't you all glad you kept your units? You DID keep it, right?!
This is what we've been waiting for. Same situation as holding on to the iO's during the "hard times" with CC, etc.
