Stuck on boot up

Attempted to setup my new WP for other ISP and can't get to rolling password page. ALT and music gets me to a basic settings page and I can't go any farther. Help?

If you got your webplayer from ubid.com, I believe that you just enter your ISP's phone number, your account id and password. Then you go into the LAN settings menu and enter your ISP's DNS and other IP numbers.
