I just got the webplayer today from ubid and it was great. It was for my dad and he loves it. He went to this website to check on his account but he put in the wrong password three times and the website said to close the browser if you want to log in agian. I try turning it off, disconnecting the power, and nothing works. It keep on have the same page everytime my dad tries to log into his account telling him to close the browser. I try to search the board for answer but with no luck. Is there a way to reset the browser? Plase help.
