Mine was missing the space bar, it simply hadn't been installed correctly and was in the bottom of that section of the box. Well I contacted them and just suggested that they send out a new keyboard and a few days later it was at my door, no returns needed. Boundless was very responsive. 06-16-2002 13:18:51
