Running 98 from a 4gb hard drive and formatted doc for extra storage, under performance tab, 98 shows drive d(doc) running in compatibility mode, any way for correct this?

also, even though floppy is disabled in the bios, 98 shows an A: drive with the removeable drive icon and is also running in compatibility mode.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

I get the removeable drive A thing, I don't think there is any way to fix it.
