Mandrake has a new package for making it easy to create a Linux Terminal Server, so you can set up the network machines as thin clients (booting off only a floppy or CD, running everything on the server's CPU.)

Has anyone thought of using this to make the Webplayers more useful? I've got the server side running now mostly (except for turning on my DHCP) and I'm going to try setting up a desktop computer as a thin client tomorrow. Install was easy and only required I add about 4 packages to my Mandrake 8.2 server.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure it supports the WiFi cards we're using with the WebPlayer offhand.
