Would the Pocket PC 2002 OS run on the webplayer? If so, where is a good spot for info on this OS? Thanks!

Hi
PocketPC 2002 is not possible. This OS is owned by compaq and they wont freely distribute, plus there is no build for x86. I've been working on a CE build which is what PocketPC 2002 is based upon, but have not recieved much support from the community. Iy your intrested in building a ce image you can get a eval version from microsoft for about 20 bucks.

I doubt that PocketPC 2002 would work, but it is not owned by Compaq. This is a Micro$oft product and is on more than just compaq PDA's.

I was gonna say Microsoft has a nice little web page for it. Compaq has thrown out an upgrade from WinCE to PPC2K2. Didn't know since there was an upgrade over WinCE if it would be a possibility or not.
