I would like to express my thanks to all the people who have contributed to this forum.
I was able to install a hard disk, boot to win 98, download and install win98 image on the doc in a few hours.
Next steps...reset button, power off switch, audio jack at rear, linksys minipci 802.11b, and usb cd/rw.
