| has anyone had ANY success in extending the ribbon cable from the mobo to the lcd? (not the one for the backlight) I just attempted to but now i get nothing but the backlight. Thinking i was smart, i only spliced one wire with a 6 foot wire to see if it had any hint of working, but nothing but backlight, then i took the 6ft peice out, and connected it back the way it was, and i still get nothing. AH! has anyone found a source for a replacement cable or have any ideas why this could be happening? | |
