Hey, anybody tried hacking Yahoo Messenger to turn the leds when there is a mail instead of their standard alerts ?? I've tried but it keep crashing on me . I have the screen saver on and would like to know when I get a incoming mail or message from Yahoo Messenger.
I haven't tried for yahoo, but I did write a tiny perl prog to check my pop address and light up a LED if I had mail. This was for linux, but I do remember there being some LED utils for windows..
