MorphLight info needed

New MessageMorphLight info needed (modified 0 times) Cody
I know this is off topic but I was wondering if anyone knows if the $40 I am going to pay for the MorphLight is for something that is all plastic or if it is actually glass like a lava lamp?

What kind of Cpu does it use,Can you add a Hard drive? The max display resolution? Do you have to sign a tos?
Does it run off battery or plug in AC ? Does C.C. or C-Usa have them in stock?

Not to joke around but can the color change be regulated? Is there one in the works that acts like a color organ?

It just occured to me that no one has answered your question. The Morphlight is not glass, it is plastic, and pyramidal.

Seriously though: Codewoman, you were the one person responding with information about the MorphLight. Do you own one, and if so, do you feel it was worth the price?

Thanks!

I own a morphlight and like it. I think it is worth the money. Kinda unique if you like hi-tech stuff. IMO....

When you've run out of things to use your I-Opener for, at least you don't have to buy a MorphLight. I proudly present the I-MorphLite, a morphlight emulator for the I-Opener (or any Windoze-running PC). This took me a total of 5 seconds to slap together in VB, so don't expect anything fancy (or totally bug free). I only tested it in 800x600 16bpp, (the I-Opener's favorite resolution) so if you're running something else it may not work. It also uses a very old runtime module for VB3 (vbrun300.dll) and if you don't have that it won't work at all (too bad, so sad, guess you're gonna have to buy a *real* morphlight). 1 click starts and stops the color fading, 2 clicks exits. Yep, it's the next killer app.

Standard disk-lamer: Most people are very paranoid and don't trust EXE's. If you are one of those people - Virus scan it, look at it in a hex editor, convert it to HEX and print it out, I don't care. I am not responsible for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use this program. Even better, I am definitly not responsible if someone actually uses this program instead of buying a morphlight. :)
