Please don't e-mail Kerrie unless it has been more than TWO WEEKS since you ordered. She is overloaded trying to answer everyone's e-mail then people complain about no e-mail with more e-mail. You can see how it is a endless loop.
Some people are posting here complaining about their order, it probably arrives a day or so later, and then they won't take the responsibility to come back and post that all is OK. It makes codeman look bad when he is really trying hard to get these orders out.
Yes they get behind when the suppliers screw up, but other arrangements have been made and things are on a better schedule. The post office isn't exactly wonderful either.
