I have this friend that owns a Casiopeia PV200 (old generation) and has the dreadful Casio OS operating system. I was wanting to know if there was a way to extract the OS and maybye put a version of windows 98 on a IBM microdrive that hooks up to the port where the cradle usually hooks up to. He is complaining about how he can't download any games or any software for it. If i can't use windows 98, can you tell me what OS I can replace with it? I'm also thinking of windows CE or even the palm OS, whatever will work, but just another operating system. I do have a serial port for cradle hookup, hexidecimal software by bpsoft.com, and a soldering iron that can solder very small parts. if i need anything else, please do tell, because i can either make or get it:)
