Wanted: I-opener MODEM
Any doorstops for sale ?

I 'accidently' flashed my modem and now it's no good. Does anyone have a dead I-opener with a good modem for sale ? I don't really want to go the USB modem route, unless I have to. I don't know if anyone has "developed' a new ???.hex file to re-flash the modem with yet??

What software did you use to flash it? Perhaps I could use the same software to extract the ROM binary from my modem to repair yours with...

I used the Action-tec software to flash the modem; It does not offer a save bios feature. Found it at: http://www.actiontec.com/support/modems/cwe.html.

Thanks for all the help folks. I have a source for the modem now, so no one else need reply to this thread. My I-Opener should be back on-line in no time. Again, Thanks a lot !!
