Does anyone know if you can hack an I-Opener that has already been used,ie already dialed in?
Does the sanchip already come preloaded w i-opener's os?

Yes, on both counts.

You'll need to find out which version you have first, but there are hacks for each type on the board. The search link at the top should help you find it.
