I been reading all the posts here for a few weeks and I just got my I-opener 2000 yesterday. I must say that you guyz give great tutorials on almost everything about the I-opener except for one thing. I seem to have a problem with removeing the little plastic thing on he back of the display that says "netpliance" and since I cant get it off I havent been able to get to see the inside of the machine. If someone can tell me what kind of tool I would need to get these funky lookin screws off I would be greatful.
thanx

If you have a set of flat blade jewelers screw drivers, use the smallest one, or the next to the smallest one. These will fit into the screw. Really bear down and it will break the lock-tite. The cover is snapped together, so it takes more force to open than you would think. Also watch for hidden screws under labels.

They are called Security Torx #8 (ST8)
But a Good SMALL Flat blade can be stuck between the center pin & 2 of the Star points.
You will want a set of screwdrivers to find the right width. Works as Good as the Right Tool !
