Seriously, when a retailer or anyone elses steal from you, or dont go along with the contract, you should call the police over and have them arrested. I'm serious.

Sounds easy....call the police. Doesn't work that way. When Compusa would not hand over my paid-for V4, when it finally arrived, I did call the police, several times. They refused to help at all....since they consider these sorts of things a civil matter and will not become involved. Your only recourse is a lawyer or small claims court when you get screwed by Compusa.....which seems to be a common thing, after reading through this link.
