FYI,
Seattle area (also Evt & Bellevue Fred Meyer's had the Evergreen technology "Spectra" 333MHZ drop in upgrade CPU on Clearance for $49.94 plus there was an additional 50% off clearance items in store so I ended up getting these for about $25 bucks each! (Original price $159.99) These are still in factory shrink wrapped boxes.
I cleaned out North Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, Aurora, Totem Lake. There is one open box one in Lynnwood....The Manager would only let me have it for $49.94 would not do the Additional 50% off...It's still there.

Got a total of 10 of these @ $25 bucks each!

Check the Fred meyers in your area's if you are interested.

So far there are 3 revisions of the cpu adapter included with the Spectra upgrade, Rev A,B,C,
Rev C looks most promising
Rev C Supports Cpu voltages 2.0v, 2.2v, 2.4v.
Rev. A & B supports 1.8V, 2.2v, and 2.4v, *2.8v and *2.9v on rev B only)

Clock multipliers 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5 and 6^. (^Can you say 400mhz?)

Bus speed appears to be set at 66 mhz (Darn).

Maybe those K6-3 333 AFK's and 1 K6-3 400 I have will work with these? Takes all the strain of the i-Openers Cpu power supply V-reg.

*This adapter requires an external +5v and +12v thru a floppy drive style power connector.

Before someone sez it, I realize one will have to cut a nice neat hole in the back of the i-Opener for CPU clearance. That's cool it provide room for a real heavy duty heatsink and fan.
Frankinstein dude did this couple of months ago........Rather narly cutout though...

You wouldn't want to be a generous guy and sell me a few, would you?

I'm from Chicago and never saw a Meyer's store.

Sorry, I don't have any left to sell you. I've been selling them at work for $85 bucks each and they sold like crazy! I made my money back plus a hefty profit, plus have 3 left to play with.
