OK, so maybe I'm a complete idiot, but I can't find the Dolly.exe referenced in the Jailbait README. Has anyone else found a way to get the disk image installed from DOS?

How about someone posting a clear tutorial on how to use this. For pretty obvious reasons, I never learned how. It would be a great service for folks to show them how now that the TOS is comming to an end for most people that bought these and they are looking around. Any goo'd bios I-Opener can be hacked without removing the chip.
