Trying to determine rev

I recently acquired and IO. Found it really easy to open. I think its a V5 - here is whats in it:

A Rise 266 cpu, SW3 and SW4 switches, no epoxy to be seen anywhere (bios chip pops out easily), complete intact ide header, complete intact (what appear to be) serial headers. The model # on the case is NP1000.

Can anyone help me determine which version this is? Also, I've tried several of the keyboard shortcuts to get into the bios, get login prompt, etc with no luck. Any suggestions?

Hmmm.... looking around some more, I see a sticker on the faceplate - near one of the speakers. It says FOXCONN, what looks like a serial #, Rev 3B and a date of 2000/5/23.

Would the rev listed be for the whole unit or just for the faceplace assembly?

The RISE 266PR (actually 200Mhz) makes it @ least a V4.
Both SW 3 & SW 4, makes it @ least a V4b

The Sound Chip Makes it a V5 ???
If You have a Yamaha it's a V4
If You have an Analog Devices 1881 it's a V5
Use this link to see the Chip Location (left center)

The Yamaha Chip says Yamaha on it !
I don't know nothing about a V5 (I got that info from here !)
