BeOS Aura: MP3 prototype IA
Sounds like it'd also run on an IO

Key phrase: "The prototype device Be is showing is based on Intel's i810 chip set, with a 400-MHz Celeron, 32 MBs, and a 30-GB
drive."

Surely an IO with an internal or external hard drive, perhaps requiring a K6-III mod at 200 or so, could run this. The only CPU-intensive stuff is the MP3 encoding, and it appears to take place in the background.

Anyone with Be clue know if we can get our grubby hands on the Aura demo platform?
