Solution for high quality mp3 sound....

If you are like me and want to use your Iopener to play mp3s through your stereo or other amplified solutions, then there is a reasonable solution to achieve this: a low cost mp3 player! You can regularly get a plyer with USB or parallel port interface for near $50. The Rio PMP300 or Nomad come immediately to mind. They have software that you can set up a playlist and hit "play" on the computer, and playback will occur through the player. While this wont help with other sounds, it is a viable solution for high quality playback via the iopener.

False alarm... I tried with both my Rio and my nomad. neither one of the supports playing on the player that is initiated by a user at the computer.
