The offered mgmt buyout at about $0.65/share was withdrawn. The stock cratered immediately thereafter. Earlier, they had received notice of delisting by NASDAQ, since their shares had been under the minimum of $1.00 for awhile. I expect that the company will fold as soon as they run through the rest of their IPO funds, or whenever any outstanding creditors call in their debts.
