I received a phone call from the Circuit City store where I bought an I-Opener today, and they stated that Netpliance had issued a "risk recall" regarding the I-Opener. He explained that a "risk recall" is when a manufacturer finds some defects in the products and asks the stores to stop selling the units. The manager was unsure of what the problem was, but asked if I wanted to return the machine to the store for credit.

If someone else has any more information to add to this news, please do so. This may explain why CompUSA sent all their machines to Texas!!!

I'm sure the only risk is that NPL wiould be able to make more $$$ by selling them to someone else at a higher price.
