I want to remove the hard drive from my IO and replace it with a 64-128MB compact flash card and a $20 CF<->IDE adapter. The hard drive and CPU fan are just too damn noisy.
Any recommendations on a Linux distro for this application? Ideally, I'd want to be able to install the distro from my desktop Linux box using a SanDisk CF<->USB adapter to
fdisk/mkfs/dd the image onto the CF card.
