A friend's mom just wants to use the I-Opener for Internet access and won't let me hack it! doh!

She was on hold for hours trying to talk to Netpliance to get set up. I know they are not doing too good and have dropped the I-Opener.

I heard some recent units have had an AT&T Internet sticker with a phone # to call.

Does anyone have that specific #? Does anyone know if using AT&T actually still works?

just got my v5 from HSN. Here's the AT&T info: IT says to activate your AT&T account call Netpliance at 800-467-3637 Maybe this is a different number than the one you called. It's the only thing listed I could find. If it doesn't work, guess you'll have to hack it huh? <grin>
