IMOD3 status (modified 0 times) BadFlash Profile | Email BadFlash is out of stock on the IMOD3's. I have a big order into Codeman, so I expect them any day. I have not forgotten anyone. If you ordered an IMOD3 from me, you will get it in the next round of shipments. Feel free to contact me if you are getting nervious. I paid Codeman via PayPal for a IMOD3 and a NIC kit on 19 Feb 01, and followed that order up with an email a couple of days ago and as yet have neither the kits or any reply from Codeman. If you E-Mail me with the details of what you ordered and when and how you paid I will pass it along to him next time we speak. I still have nothing. i ordered ONE (1) IMOD3 kit. when I called him, he said "ooh, that should've gone out at least a week ago." Then he reassured me that he'd get it in the mail the next day. that phone conversation was around a week ago. last i checked, even US mail from nevada to Ohio isn't more than 3-4 days... I'm gonna wait out this week, but after that I'm going to be (a) pretty cheezed and (b) pretty disappointed. :/ 03-26-2001 21:36:17

If you were involved Jack, thanks. Again, FWIW, I was a couple of days from using www.ftc.gov to file a formal complaint online. For those of you so inclined, you might check it out, if not for Codeman, for other less than optimal situations you may have become ensnarled in. If only I could make the IO work now! ;) Codeman is good, he's just slow. I suggest ordering through BadFlash - same product, much quicker response when he has them in stock. I'll ship the back-orders as soon as I get these in. This shipment will cover all the back orders and I'll have a few left over. I may be able to offer the IMOD2 again shorly for folks that want to use 2 IDE devices. Codeman is also talking about an IMOD4 with a 2nd 44 pin header. 04-09-2001 10:26:33

You will be receiving a shipping notification shortly if you are in this group. Any chance I could get the BIOS chip shipped separately, and the iMod3 later? Have had my V5 sitting on a shelf for MONTHS, opened, powered-up, but never used. Just now getting around to making the hack, with left over parts from my Inspiron 8000 upgrades. Plan on putting an Entrega Hub3U1E in the base (Three USB ports, One 10BaseT Ethernet), already cutting the openings for it. Really looking forward to making a nice little terminal for the kitchen.
