How many watts does the v4 b power brick pull? Will this be enough to power an iopener?

This Unit looks the Best to Me.
(I-Opener Technical Stuff / Source for 12 input to IO / Millennium_Falcon)
It's 24VDC Output & can be Tweaked close enough.
This is Bigger & Beefer than the other 2 different Power Supplies I had gotten in the past for the Car.
I Opened it with a LARGE pair of Channel Lock Pliers, cracking the Glue, & Prying it apart.
Nice Enclosure, I can Reuse. Plug for I-Opener fits, center Diameter is larger than I want.
I haven't had a chance to try adjusting it Yet.

Not even. I really just want to know it the $25 one can power an Iopener. I have two Iopeners and only one I-booster (DC to DC converter) and need a cheap solution for powering my other Iopener.
