I want to use my IO as a picture frame with a slideshow of my photos and need to know the maximum number of colors the display and video card will support.

One of my games requires 256 colors to play. It play withouts any problems. Though, I prefer the 16 High colors setting, as 256 setting looks a little washed out to me.
