As you can tell from the link below my dumb asss popped out a lead on the socket sduring goop removal.
If anyone has any good ideas that may work, I am all ears!

If you can find another PLCC socket, you mat be able to scavenge and replace the single pin. Otherwise, you can either replace the entire socket or remove the socket and solder the BIOS directly to the board. If your soldering skills aren't up to it, maybe I could help since we're in the same general area (Houston/Sugar Land)....
