Need an app to flash the bios from a .bin file i have

I am trying to use the BI4.bin file to flash a bios on a motherboard for use in an i-opener. what program do i need to use to flash my file to the existing bios on another motherboard?

Here, this may be close to what you are looking for?
I don't recognise that bin file name that you are wanting to use to flash the i-Opener bios chip though...

If you are not exactly sure what you are doing you be better off ordering a chip from Jack! Please visit his website FIRST and read before doing anything!
