I added the imod-2 kit today with a 1 gig HDD and the HDD wont even spin up, no boot, nothing. its a ver-V i think as the yamaha soundchip isnt there. I could really use some help. BTW, I have never accessed the bios but I think its unrelated as the IDE connector is supposed to be the primary boot device if I am correct.

also, the motherboard is a revision "J" and there seems to be no physical alterations made to the IDE connecter on either side of the mainboard.
