Free 3.2Ah LiOn laptop battery to whomever asks for it first.
Power manager circuit is fried, but cells are functional.

Whenever the power goes funky around here my laptop takes a dive; the power circuitry in both the mobo and the battery get fried, and I get a new motherboard and a new battery. (Thank goodness for 3-yr overnight overnight service warranties!)

This time, I managed to keep the old battery. It won't run my laptop because the power management circuit is fried, as I said before, but those of you making portables of your iOs may have use for the cells. The battery is an 8-cell 14.8V 3.2Ah lithium ion pack.

If no one answers in 3 days, I'll just chuck it, as compaq suggested.
