Found this while browsing the costco website - They've got 128MB PC-100 SODIMMs on sale for $54.99, plus a $50 rebate (one per household). You don't have to be costco member to shop their website, but the rebate form has a place for your member number, so I'm guessing you do have to be a member to get the rebate.
When I ordered the memory, the line item on my order had the words "$50.00 Rebate" as part of the description. If you ordered it and the line item on your order says "$50.00 Rebate" then you are eligible for the rebate. Otherwise, you will most likely not get the rebate because the rebate form itself is a "generic" form and they get the actual rebate information from a copy of your packing slip. I DID print out a copy so of the rebate form and I could scan it and email it to you if you need it. Otherwise, you could probably just find it on the costco.com site. Let me know.

RE:Hot Deal for CostCo members - SimpleTech 128MB PC-100 SODIMMS for $4.99 after MIR (modified 0 times)
I received the memory today. I removed the old and popped in the new--Took all of about a minute. I booted and hit [Tab] during boot and the screen now shows 128mb of memory. Both Midori Linux and Windows 98 booted just fine.
No, I have to fill out the rebate paperwork and mail it off. (Keeping fingers crossed that there are no hassles.)
