I just recieved my hard drive adapter from http://www.pcliquidators.com They told me they ran a batch of 1000. Its a nice unit but really does not compare to badflash's. The price was $35.74 including shipping. Does not have the 40 pin ide adapter on the board, just the 44 pin adapters for the hard drive and the 44 pin adapter to plug into the motherboard. It does have a connector for the cpu cooling fan. Also I just ordered a couple of pentium 266 mmx cpus from computer geeks. They are supposed to be a socket 7 format. They operate on 1.9 volts and 2.5 i/o. I figured if they do indeed work the machine's overall performance should increase. We'll see. I'll post in the next week or two with results.
