IMOD3s gone?
Where have all the IMOD3s gone

Hi. the copper line that goes from the power supply on my IMOD3 just went up in smoke. When i went to badflash.com all i see now is IMOD2s. What happend to the IMOD3s? Where can i get one? Does anyone have one that is willing to part with it?

Just scrape the solder mask away from a good section of the trace on each side of the 'blown out' section, and solder a jumper wire across it. Same thing happened to mine, jumper fixed it right up. Usually something from the bottom of your HD shorts to the top of the IMOD board when you plug the HD in, apply power and "ooops"! After my flareup, I put a thin piece of plastic (like from a clear report cover) on the top of the IMOD board to prevent further incidents....
