Need help with hdd boot up in IO!!

for some reason i cant get my hdd to boot up properly in the io, it reads the hdd in bios fine, posts fine, but after it posts it says invalid system disk! i formated /s, copied cabs over, it works fine in desktop machine, just not in io! can anyone help??

matt2010: Make sure that the primary partition is marked active. This should be the last thing you do before removing the hard drive from the desktop machine. Set it, power down the machine and move the hard drive to the i-Opener. Windows and a few other boot managers are notorious for resetting the active setting on secondary hard drives during the boot process.
