Office Depot here in Seattle now carries the Sony DRU-500A DVD-Burner in limited supply.
Priced @ $379.99 Ouch!

Looks like majority of other online and retail sources have been backordered for awhile.

Compusa has this DVD Burner listed on their website for $349.99.

Looks like Sony DRU-500A firmware upgrade is now at Rev 1.0 f

Also reported problems with memorex media (Rats! staples has it on sale today)
