How do I turn an iOpener into a thin client?

I have an iOpener running XP and it's perfect... now I want to turn another iOpener into a thin client... so when I turn it on...it RDP into my home WIN2003 Server.

Only requirement:
Ability to use my usb touchscreen (iTouch)

How hard will this be? I know a little about Linux... hacked my Tivo, running tivoweb.

Any direction would be great!!
