I have a V5 with a Pentium 200mmx and 256MB ram (Crucial CT32M64S4W7E.16F) with bios v540a. It will boot win98 fine but to boot into xp i have to disable cpu cache in the bios then it boots fine.

I also have a PNY 64MB stick and it boots into 98 and xp fine with cache enabled.

I have changed pretty much every bios setting but nothing helps but to disable cache. Anyone know what to do?
