CN23 pinouts and dead volume?

Anyone have the pinouts to the CN23 connector? My IO lost all audio output during a reassembly (adding a drive) and I'm wondering if the front panel slider has gone bad.

That and I'm wondering where else on the motherboard I can check for working audio output. This is a V1 unit with the yamaha audio chip.

Make sure the Slider Cap is over the Slider Stick.

Well, yeah, that's rather obvious isn't it? The slider button was always over the slider knob and was moving it. I have not yet checked the resistance across it to see if the values actually change when it's moved. And even if it IS dead I'd still want to know what pins on CN23 are involved so I can add a resistor to fix the volume level. This is assuming that volume is even getting to the connector.

Jeebus f'ing hell, make sure you've got more than 18v DC driving the i-Opener. I'd set it up using a Targus universal adapter and sound worked fine. I hacked in a drive, chopped out various parts of the RF shield to accomodate it and a CPU fan and mounted the whole thing back together. On assembly... NO SOUND.

I used a different power supply after reassembly and it only puts out 17v. Everything BUT the sound worked.

Several days wasted time later I came across this thread:

http://www.linux-hacker.net/cgi-bin/UltraBoard/UltraBoard.pl?Action=ShowPost&Board=whatever&Post=2263

I put the 19v power supply back, rebooted and voila, sound is back.

Now the question is where's the "best" place to pull out audio from it for feeding some external speakers? If possible I wouldn't mind using the front slider for control.
