Problem upgrading to Win XP

Hello all,

My upgraded I-Opener had been running fine under Win 98SE but absloutely will not upgrade to XP. It gets to about step three then hangs.

My I-Opener has the V540a BIOS, a K6III 400 proc, 256Mb RAM, 30Gb HD, deep-back case with CDROM built in.

Any suggestions would be appraciated.
