floppy drive

i was wondering if anyone has ever added a floppy drive to their IOP, i have a v5 and a floppy drive from a laptop, i would like to know if anyone has any thoughts ideas etc..TIA this site has been awesome

it has been done.

use search to find the thread.

it takes soldering to pads and vias on the back of the cpu area of the main board.

usb floppy drives are cheep now and much less work, unless you want to do it just to do it.
