USB test 56ft through hub

Not all hubs are the same. The IOgear Model GUH174 got the best results. I could put up to two 10ft extensions from the computer to the hub and three 10ft extensions after it, plus the 6ft normal Linksys WUSB11 cable.

With a "Parts, Peripheries & Accessories" PPA Inc. Item No 1707 hub I could only extend 10ft from the computer and 20ft plus the 6ft after that.

Direct from the computer I can go 20ft plus the 6ft.

Both hubs were powered from the cable only.
